Qualifications: The qualified candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with additional technical training; should be proficient and experienced in the repair and maintenance of industrial cranes, welding machines, plant electricals and CNC equipment on brands such as Monarch, Mazak and Wasino. Strong electrical background on CNC and PLC controls is a plus.

Managing funds, handling of budgets, contracts, revenues, and/or accounts, budget and expenditures. Managing finance functions including accounting, budget preparation, payables and receivables, as well as assisting in financial planning and cost analysis and analyzing financial data to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and integrity; overseeing and managing all financial accounting operations.


In addition to the normal duties of the Job Responsibility, he needs to be experienced in the use of American DCAA/Cost Accounting Standards. And FMS processes and procedures. FMS stands for (US) Foreign Military Sales. It is a form of government supply to other governments and thereby sets down some complex control criteria, rules and regulations, for which we ideally want our Finance Manager to have familiarity.


Background required

Experience of construction contracts on military projects will be advantageous.
